Growing up without the presence of a loving marital relationship deeply shaped my emotional intelligence, empathy, and passion for helping others. My personal experiences with depression, trauma, and emotional challenges became the foundation for my mission to help others heal and thrive.

Sessions can be conducted in-person at my Asaba office or virtually via secure video conferencing. Each session typically lasts 60-90 minutes. We begin with an initial assessment to understand your specific challenges and goals, then develop a personalized treatment plan. Regular sessions help you develop insights, learn practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting change.
My approach integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe in addressing both the immediate relationship challenges and the deeper emotional patterns that influence them. My therapy focuses on developing emotional intelligence, effective communication, healthy boundaries, and authentic connection.
